Food: All foods must be supplied by the Bellevue. Menu selections must be received at least one week prior to the function.

Beverage: The Bellevue Tavern as a licensed premise is responsible for the sale and service of all alcoholic beverages. We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest the management deems appropriate.

Guarantees: The Bellevue Tavern requires that we be notified 48 hours prior to the start of your function of the exact number of guests. If we are not notified within that time frame, the maximum number of guests from your original booking will become the guarantee number and you will be charged accordingly.

Credit Policy: An advance deposit of 20% is required on all private functions. This deposit is non-refundable. Balance is required 24 hours prior to the start of the function. Method of payment is to be determined in advance of final payment.

Parking: Parking is available in the bellevue parking lot, as well as the municipal lot located behind the Bellevue lot. (Entrance is on Boyd St.)

Facilities: Upstairs at the Bellevue is equipped with a wheelchair lift for those customers requiring special assistance. We feature a built in cherry wood dance floor, and supply lighted silk trees for all functions at no charge. Smoking is permitted in the bar area only, and can be restricted entirely at the customers request.

Additional Information : All prices are based on a four hour function, each additional hour add $5.00 per person to all pricing.

Friday Weddings : Discounts are available for Friday night weddings.
